Are there any new ball programmers or web designers here?

I'm just starting out in the whole programming and web design thing. Well not realy, I've been designing sites for a few years now. I'm just now trying to get into the programming side. I want to begin a project that has grow attention but I'm stuck as a newbie. I want to latch on to someone who has experience in programming and web design, or just someone who wants to learn like myself.Are there any newbies here looking to get their brains dirty. I think it would be fun!I want to be balling with the myspacers and facebookers!
