I dreamed a bad dream last night

Just play the computer as ausaul until 11:00pm. But when I go to bed, it seems a little uncomfortable in my head. The dream is around me all night. When I cook, all of the water disappears. I have nothing to eat, and the worst is nobody helps me. I am in despair until waking up. Is there anyone who can tell me what that mean? Bad or good sign?

Maybe it is just because what you experienced something like this in your games. You were trapped in your game or you were in danger, so when you were sleeping, your mind is still in that situation then the dream came. Just forget it and make sure to stay calm before going to bed and you will have a good ninght or maybe a sweet dream.
