I like the coupons where as you get a free product.I also tend to like the spend so much money and get 10% off your shopping.I always like using coupons one week my shopping was nearly half price as i had saved all these coupons up it was great when i saw how much i had saved.

It is good that your country offers that. That is a big help in saving. But here in the Philippines there is no like that. I have been searching for coupons on a magazines here but could not find even one. I hope that those kind of promos will also be available in our country soon.

Same here in Sg.. not too many shopping coupons, unless there's a special promotion period or some sort. But there are some places giving coupons but with a limited few days and that would be the moment when the malls are jammed with people and I tend to pass on the chance..

They don't make coupons for what I buy. There are no coupons for fruit, vegetables or meat. Only rarely do I find a coupon for meat and that is usually the "premium" brand chicken--the store brand chicken is cheaper even after using the coupon. So I don't use them.
Here, our coupons are for junk foods like baking mixes for cakes and stuff, sugary cereals and high priced name brand personal care products.

One way I save money is by shopping after they do the markdowns of day old stuff. I learned the hard way, though, not to buy marked down fish! I can get bargains on meat that way as well as bread, cheeses and sometimes I get a wonderful package of pre-cooked BBQ ribs for about $2.50 marked down from $6.99!

Hi, jugs, it sounds great in your country. I used to like coupons, but now I seldom collect them. As I think the coupons here are traps indeed.
They offer many coupons, but when we use, there are also many limits. Such as "you can only use 1 coupon (usually the same value as 10 yuan) per RMB100.00", or "some vendors in the shopping mall refuse it directly" or "If you spend more than a certain amount, they will offer some coupons, which is valid within one week", so many limits.
It makes me uncomfortable, it likes I'm in the traps. I have to spend more on unnecessary things, just as I get these coupons and I must use them up.
So I prefer discounts or prices with deductions directly. It makes my just spend on what I need. And coupons cannot make me excited any more.

I never used to use coupons and then I saw an episode of Wife Swap once where there was this family that couponed for everything and I thought what a great thing especially after I saw how much money they were saving. I have since been trying to coupon especially with the groceries. I have found though that I don't really save to much because I buy generic and as cheaply as I can already. But I am still able to save anywhere from 5 dollars to 10 dollars with what I have and that is still great so I will continue to coupon as much as I can.
I have been trying to fins good place to find coupons online but the online place I have been able to find is through mypoints which I have been able to use but I was just looking for more Does anyone know any other great places I could check out? Thanks

I like it when you get to the till and there are a long line of people wait to be served and you give the till assistant all those coupons that amount to alot of money off your bill.Just to see their faces as alot of people look down on other people for using coupons

I sure do especially for things that are very expensive. I have saved at least 10 dollar at a time on a shopping trip if not more. Now adays every penny is important to try and save. Every time you turn around the food is going up and its just ridiulous. That is why I try to use coupons as much as possible. In fact I won't buy some things until I have a coupon. I don't like paying full price if I know I don't have to.

I do collect coupons and use them when I am shopping. I love to get the double or triple coupons. You can save alot, especially if the items are on sale.

I was actually quite proud of myself the other night. I had saved several dollars with only a couple coupons that I had clipped. I try to get the coupons that I know my partner and I will use. Now that I know I can save that much or more with coupons I want to try and clip and use mroe next time!

I like coupons but they're mostly for brand name products, for a lot of things which I don't use anyway, so don't use them as often as I once did. If I know I'm going near a Michael's store I'll (usually) take their weekly coupons with me. The last time I was there I only bought one skein of embroidery floss but used the 40% off one item coupon and only paid 33ยข for it.

Whenever I have the chance to collect coupons, I will, but those are quite seldom, really. We have this big mega sale here in Singapore called the Big Singapore Sale, and that's when prices go dipping down. Sometimes, it's great to buy in those periods, but malls might be flocked. So one has to have a bit of patience, lol. But things run out easily during these sale periods.
As for coupons, the most regular ones are from fast food outlets, but I'm really trying to look for those shopping marts one, then I could give my mom. She loves all those coupon deals, whenever there are any. Precious here, I'd say.

I like to use the coupon if I have them on hand. But I recognized that most of the coupon have the expiry date and the location spending limition. It is quite inconvenient if I need to drive far away just for the sake of using the coupon. I mean the gasline can not cover the amount off percentage.
I did not collect the coupons purposely, but I will use it when I pick up the products at the right time at that mall.
Have a nice day.

I do use coupons when i can. Im always careful to compare what im saving compared to what it would cost to by store brand or generic instead of using the coupon. Yesterday on good morning america they had a story about a women that could feed a family of 6 on about $4 a week. I just find this hard to believe ecause it never works out for me that good. On a typical time of using coupons i save as much as 15-20 dollars.

Coupons, special discounted rate, sales, I prefer to go our shopping with this in my mind. Need to saved as much money in our daily spendings and these things really helps. My wife even collected shampoo caps in exchange for a discount in groceries.

I use coupons quite often. I hate spending full price at the store if I can help it. The way I see it, coupons are free money and by not using them, you're just throwing away free money. They're giving you money to buy their products and as long as they are items that you'd normally buy, there is nothing wrong with using coupons to save money. I clip them weekly and then I try to look through them before I go shopping so I can see where I can save money.

My husband and I do a little shopping but don't have our own house so we don't have to do major shopping. We however will use coupons if we are to do some of the grocery shopping, his mother gives us her coupons.
I am trying out sites in hopes to get Amazon giftcards to shop for ourselves, friends and family... So wish me luck there, but that is one way my husband and I hope to save.

Yes, I usually have a good stash of coupons on hand that I take to the grocery store with me. I like the free coupons or the buy one get one free coupons. It seems that I just don't get as many coupons as I used to. I get them in the Sunday newspaper. Sometimes they are found in magazines and I received in the mail when I get a free sample. I try to save money whenever I can and try to take my coupons with me when I go shopping. I love getting items for free or close to free from time to time. It helps us stretch our food budget.

I like to collect coupons. Its a great way to save money on the stuff I love to buy.
Sometimes I forget to bring them with me into a store. lol. Its a great way to save with how bad the economy is right now. Its too bad most coupons in my flyer aren't useful.
