How can i make money creating basic websites?

I want to make some extra money on the internet and have tried surveys and such.However, i thought i should try making websites.I know how to create them from scratch using XHTML or using Dreamweaver but don't know how to start.Anyone know a site or way to begin or a way to make money through this online?

First , before start your self website try blogspot and wordpress .. and check many money making website and decide the your performa. you can use freewebs.com for free hosting to upload your website.. then you can start your own money making website without investing any panny.. happy browsing and mylotting too.
