I worked hard for about 7 years in my careeer but achieved almost nothing and no promotion as i expected when recruited in the company. i feel very bad because i cannot get sign of being promoted or it is difficult to find the job in the current situation if i resign. still, there are many thngs in my company i merit such as stable income but not high, daily insignificant chore, many familiar social relationship, and many also good friends. i come to a cross, resign or continue to be insignificant person in the company? maybe you come acroos the same situation, i wanna listen to your comment and idea.
