I recently lost a loved one. I am finding it very difficult to cope with this person's passing. I have a lot of emotions and I don't know how to deal with these feelings. Can anyone suggest what can I do to lessen the pain of losing someone and dealing with grief? Thank you.

hi isis.. grieving is really needed when you lost someone you love.. I said needed because for me, grieving is when you bring out all your emotions towards that person whom you've lost and after crying several times, you will cheer up and say to yourself that crying is over.. consider everyday as new day for you.. stand up again and compose yourself.. friend, it's not yet the end of the world.. don't lose hope.. the best thing we could do for you is to console you.. hang on my dear.. Maybe God has a very good reason why He let things happen that way.. you are still alive and you are still blessed because you are given time to spend more here on earth.. maybe your loved one has already finished his task here on earth and he has to go because God has stored something better for him.. Don't drown yourself to your emotions.. try to take a walk in the park or go out with your friends.. watch movies or listen to music.. you can also try to go to the gym or any recreational activity.. and if you believe in God, you pray that He will give you enough strength to accept the lost of your loved one.. happy mylotting..

hi raynejasper thanks so much for your words. i try to keep myself busy but most of the time, emotions overwhelm me. Every where I go and everything I do, I get reminders of him... I pray for God to give me strength. but sometimes I feel I can't go on.
