can you trust your best friend to keep a secret?

yes because first of all he/she is your friend and you must really know what type of friend he/she is, if she is the person you could trust or not. and you must have really know her/hoim that deep so you could consider him/her a friend.

Some secrets, I share with my close friends. Some I don't Especially when it comes to pretty crushes or fantasies. They always spill it accidentally that most of my circle of friends will come to know about it after a couple of days.

I have two best friends one is my wife who I love with all of my heart and soul and I do not know where I would be with out her,and I tell her everything and she tells me everything and I trust her with everything,and then the other is a guy who is like my brother and I would do anything for him and he would do anything for me,and he is blunt but honest about everything,and I trust him with my life,because I know he would never do anything to hurt me,and I would never do anything to hurt him,and we will be best friends for as long as we live.

Yes, I can. Best friends are the persons I can trust, I can share my secrets, share my happiness and pain,it's just these stuff that make best friends they are. Best friends are made based on trust. If we can't open our mind to our best friends, how could we call them best friends?
