yes they do. Especially the cake foundation, it makes your skin a bit suffocated with the substance or ingredients it has... so I always choose mineral base foundation and hypo-allergenic one to make my skin less prone to some irritations and rashes. There are make-up foundation and powder that offers nice coverage and also it moisturize the skin. Like 3 in 1 type of make-up. Happy mylotting!

Actually they both do. The only thing that is the difference is that the powder is suppose to be more lighter then the liquid do to less oil it.

I'd say that it would depend on what type of foundation you are using. About 4 years ago I have an aversion to using the commercial foundations available in the malls. If I use them i would always get little white bumps on my face and I feel that I am wearing a mask so I stopped using them altogether and just went for the regular baby powder. While I was browsing the internet, I discovered mineral make up. Since using it I never went back to a regular foundation and I parted from my baby powder. The finish on the skin looks natural...like you were born with a great skin. Best part is it has no expiration date and that even if you forget to wash your face before bedtime you won't wake up with zits all over your face. Hi there and smile. I think in our modern world, we cant stop using foundation and face powder when we go out. The best time to do it clear all of them using water and a mild soap every time you go to bed or when you feel your face is itchy and needs a wash. When your skin is smooth and clear, you dont need foundation to cover it. When you have blemishes, its good to put on foundation to have silky smooth skin before putting on make up. You can always use face powder to hide those oily skin parts like T-zone. Like what i said, no matter what you put on your skin, be sure you always clean it before bedtime. Its also good to have weekly beauty regimen where you always put your time pampering yourself like weekly steam, massage and foot spa. It all contributes to a healthy youthful you. Happy mylotting and smile always!
