I could not survive in a full day in high heels. My ankles will already aches. I should bring slipper or flat sandals in case of emergency.
How many of you wear heels to work or out all night and live to tell the tale? Do you have any tricks or beauty items that make walking in heels any easier?

I love wearing high heels since i am used to it. My ankles aches a lot if i wear flats. I don't really know what's the reason behind this really, but most probably it would depend on the shoes you're wearing. make sure you have the comfortable one and be ease by wearing them so you can get to it.

No. I will not feel convenient if I wear high heals. That is why I never buy high heals. By God's grace I am with moderate height and I do not require high heels. But my children buy high heels shoes. If it is a short time outing, they wear high heels, if it is college or any other outing of long duration, then they wear short heels shoes.

I can't.my feet will probably feel numb by that time.I can spend the entire day at the office in heels.when I have to go home,I have to wear flats.I don't want to tire my feet.I would buy feet jelly comforters soon,so I won't have bunions because of wearing heels.

Hello dear,
I am used to wearing high heels, but i haven't tried it wearing for a whole day, let's say...8 hours the maximum.
And i don't have any problem with it...maybe,if i wear it the whole day and walking or just standing with high heels...i guess,it would really hurt my legs then.

I could never survive in high heels for a full day. I usually wear flat shoes to and home from work but i change when at work. It is really killing, but i hear there are shoe pads that make high heels comfortable

I couldn't survive a day or a night wearing high heeled shoes. I have got the sort of feet that hurt in that style of shoes. I did try to wear high heels when I was a teenager but they made my feet uncomfortable. I would much rather weer shoes with a small heal. I have a shoes that are made from lorica. They are comfortable and soft.

Never could I survive in a pair of heels today. I went thru it when I was younger but it was horrible. Then when I came into my thirties I decided I would wear sneakers on my trip back and forth to work and change in the office. Wearing heels all day is not good for your back, legs or feet. The last time I wore heals was on September 29, 2007 at my daughters wedding.

Hi Feodda,
I am used to wearing high heels and stand the whole day facilitating a training. Before i find it cute and smart but not now. I am having cramps and i need to do light massage after every training that i conduct.
If our job calls for it let's just be choosy and wise enough in buying a feet-friendly high heeled shoes-- soft material with soft sole, gives your toenails enouogh room for stretching, find time to do feet exercise and during breaks remove your shoes and give your feet a light massage with a lotion. This will make you feel better.
Let's pamper our feet with the right shoes and massage.
