Are you worried you might catch the H1N1 flu virus? Are you going to get the flu shot vaccine for it? I wonder if I would have to get the H1N1 flu shot every year?

I didn't want to take any chances. So, I took the H1N1 flu shot as soon as it became available here in my Province. There were no side effects, and I feel safer to be going through this freezing weather conditions. In fact, I have been encouraging my friends to take the flu shot as soon as they can too. That would make them and their families safe.

This is something that many people here are talking about, but unless you fall into the certain age groups, or the Health problems category here in the US they are not usually administering it, and overall I think this should be a matter of choice for sure. I am Diabetic and have a lot of Health issues due to being one, but I personally am not going to get this Flu shot, and Pray daily for healing when I do get sick as well. I just feel that it has too many uncertainties for now to where until proven otherwise I will refrain from this as well as the other Flu shot, etc. as well.

I think I already caught one and I was hospitalized for 4 days... It's not really scary for me since I don't have any other illness that will worsen the effect. But if the flu shot is covered by my insurance then I'll get one... "to express, not to impress"

Since I have 3 kids all in public schools and a husband who works with many people there is a good possibility that I could get it but I am not that worried at the moment because there has only been one reported case in my county. If I start to hear about a lot of reported cases around here I will get the whole family vaccinated at soon as possible.

Actually no,i don't worry about it.in fact,as we all know,H1N1 flu spread fast all over the world including my country and there are even many patients around me,but they don't have serious situation,on the contrary, they should only get the treatment at home.so although lots of my friends got the vaccine today and asked me to get it together,i didn't.

Hello nijolechu Lol i am not worried at all. we had this flu in some parts of my state orissa, my city was included, there were many deaths, govt was unable to control, shots were sold in black market, masks were sold for 50 rupees, all members in my family took homoeopathic preventive for 10days, that worked fine and luckily we were safe.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always, cheers. Professor. .
