Electroplating/surface finishing expert here?

HEllo mylotter, i am currently working in a chip resistor manufacturing company, as an Electroplating process engineer. Since i am just obtained my degree in Chemical Bioprocess Engineering, so i have no much experience in this area. I welcome anyone who have experiences of Electroplating (especially in chip resistor manufacturing) or surface finishing can share your experience with me. Thanks in advance.
