I want to teach my kid another kind of language. But now she is only 2 year and some peole think that if the i teach her another language now she will master neither of them. So in your opinion, what age should be the best period to learn another language?

I think it's important to learn another language in their younth, she will master it quickly and easily. once beyond the early days, she will lose the best time to learn it.

The younger the better because most kids can easily grasp new ideas and new languages. I sometimes asked my mom and dad when i was in college why they haven't taught us my dad's dialect so it would be easier for us to communicate with relatives when we go for a visit.
The languages I know is are the mother tongue and the English language which are the official languages and taught in school, the media of instruction in school even in pre-school.
The local dialect is spoken at home and in school.

Well, you certainly want to start while the child is young. The younger the child is, the easier it is for them to absorb the information. Two years old does sound a little young though, maybe you want to start when she's like five or six? I mean, if you start young, she'll have the rest of her life to master them, right? I have a hard time believing that in the 70-80 or so years of her life, she's not going to be able to fluently speak both languages.
