hi everybody. I would like to convey this important msg to my fellow mylotters. Please do not take your bath after 9pm. Recently my uncle passed away due to water retention in his lungs and the reason that were given by the doctor was that he has been taking his bath late night and this will eventually cause water retention. They had to remove the water by inserting a tube at his higher hips nearby his bladder bu the tube caused infection and unfortunately the bladder was badly infected, the bladder burst causing all his organ to fail. He passed away due to sepsis with multi organ failure but the real cause qwas due to his heart failure. Thats the reason they could not operate him. Please do not ake your bath late night. Maybe you can choose to wipe your upper body and wash only your lower body.

Thank you for the information, but still I am wondering, why the water will retain in the body only after 9.00 pm why not during other hours.

he must have suffering from any disorder from earlier time..otherwise its not so risky to take bath at night.I take many times either when it is too hot or when i have done some work like cleaning bathroom or such things when i feel very dirty myself..it becomes compulsory in India in summer season to have bath 2 times a day, otherwise you can't sleep comfortably...so i think you should know your health properly and find out what suits you and what not...i take care that i dont go in AC as soon as i take bath at night otherwise i have pain in knees etc...so be careful thats all...

I never knew this so thanks for sharing the information with us. But it could be different for some people even though most people take showers before they go to work or school. I usally take mine in the afternoon I rarely take a shower in the night time hate taking them when im tired. But now I wont take them after 9pm after reading this.
