I don't and don't want to! I know it is health for you and an alternate for regular milk. I know some vegatrians do think it and so so vegans. I also know of people who drink because they don't like regular milk. For me I'll stick with cow's milk!

I won't even taste the soy milk! It has a browness color to it! Milk is not suppose to look like that!

I don't drink soy milk simply because to me it tastes horrible.

I grew up on cow's milk - so that's always going to be number one for me. In college, I didn't drink enough of it - so because of it I got lactose intolerant (not being able to handle cow's milk). My stomach would get funky, you get the runs and get all gassy - it was not pretty. So I started drinking soy milk. If you drink pure soy milk (often found in Asian markets) - it does tastes beany and kind of nasty. If you drink well known brands, they add vitamins to it which makes it a bit more nutritious BUT they put tons of sugar and flavoring in it too - so soy milk isn't necessarily healthier. You gotta read the labels. The better brands keep the soy milk all blended too - so the soy stuff doesn't separate much from the water (which can make it look gross). I like the "Silk" brand. But I started drinking cow's milk again, little by little, and my body can now handle it again (thank goodness).
