The ubiquitous common cold

Help! I've got that scratchy feeling at the back of my throat! I think I'm coming down with a cold! Quick - what are your favourite cold remedies? I swear by oil of oregano and apple cider vinegar - they taste so awful you have to get better quickly so you can stop drinking them!!!

you might be over it by the time i found this discussion. my son used to swear by those swabs Zicam made for cold relief. you swab your nose with them and they worked wonders last year. then they had stopped making them for some reason this year. then he found out they have started making the very same thing only calling it for allergy relief dont know why
