i`ve never been fat... till now... i have like 20 extra kilos (40 pouds) after having my baby... i eat healthy, no fat, tons of fruits and veggies, but i have a hormonal disorder... i do nto know what to do... pls... help!!!!!!!!!!

First, congratulations for having your baby. Well, maybe you haven't given your body enough time to adjust. When did you gave birth anyway? Since you've been eating healthy, I guess the best thing left to do is to exercise.

Congratulations on having your dear little baby. It can take time for a lady to return to her normal weight after having a baby. You are doing the right things: eating a healthy diet and it would be wise for you to do moderate exercise. My friends joined an exercise class. I returned to my normal weight one year after having my baby son just in time to get pregnant with my daughter. I hope to lose more weight. My baby girl was born in June. Good luck with losing as much weight as you wish.

I think the only thing you can do is exercise more and eat less. I have no wise words of wisdom here. I ahve been struggling with my weight almost all of my life. It is something that is always there even in the days when my weight was sort of undre conttrol it was still an issue with me.
