Yesterday Allan Border had commented that Sachin needs to cut down on his ODI to increase his longetivity in the tests and keep himself fit so that he can get a chance to play 2011 WC. What do you think of these comments? Does Sachin needs to cut down his ODI workload given that the schedules have become more and more punishing??
Ur Comments are welcome

I think sachin tendulkar is already taking good care to see to it that he is keeping himself fit. In the current series if India leads by 4-1 or something, I am sure that sachin wont be playing in the rest two matches. He'll definitely keep his fitness in a proper shape and that is what he is doing for the past 20 years. Being in the world of cricket for 20 years is really an amazing stuff and a person with a proper fitness plan only could survive this long.. Thanks for starting this discussion and have a great day. Happy Mylotting. Cheers:-)

No , i do not think so... Sachin have fit player and its choice depends for playing in every match.. he is brilliant and dont want to cut its match .. but for give chance new comers he cut some match from series but dont cut a series whole......
I want to see him in each ODI .... today he become first who reach the 17000 mountain runs.

I think test matches are more stressful on the body than ODI matches. Besides it Sachin who understands his body. Besides the last time he injured himself was while fielding. His diving style in not proper. That is what causes him injury.

Hi Dude...
Yes he is true...but not leaving ODIs completely...he should surely cut down his game because to much of gaming for him is not good, it applies not only to him but to other players as well. We already have witnessed this problem in mini world cup..our storng players were all injured and could'nt played which resulted in loss, even if we are in number one or two slot.
dude you dint gave your opinion on this...?

It is once again an Aussie playing mind games on the eve of a match. They still feel that on his day Sachin can still win a match for India. Therefore all this nonsense about playing less matches. The decision to play or not to play is with Sachin alone and he has shown in the past that he is well aware of his body's reaction but opting out of certain series. It is he alone who is to to take decisions and no one else has the right to tell him whether he is to play or not.

I reckon Sachin should still be playing ODI regularly, however, he can opt not to play in less important matches. He should atleast participate in 20 matches if he wants himself fit in the team for WC 2011.

a player with sachin's calibre is for sure a boon to the team . but frequent injuries n fitness issues seem to worry our al tym great master blaster... i personally agree with border for v al wish to him for the next world cup .. n this means he would pave a way to many young talents to our team brimming with confidence ..for yu cant afford to miss a test legend ... the cricketing lord SACHIN
