 Crying - Crying is a expression of sorrow. But ease our mental depression and tension.So crying is good for our health.

It may seems absurd but it's true in our life we need very much to cry. Cry and laugh these two emotion come from the same place of our brain. Laughing ease our tension and makes our mind refresh. It also low down our blood pressure. Crying also creates same affect in our mind and body.Recently the neuropsychologists proved by their study that crying ease mental depression.

crying can help clean our eyes.it is a great way to relieve ourselves of stress.it can help us calm down when we are depressed.crying and laughing can help both our bodies release stress and are both beneficial to health.

That is what the doctors have said. I learned that the time I gave birth to my baby. Our pedia said that crying is also good for the health. When the baby cries, it is still okay as long as the baby is not hungry. By this the langs could be exercise. Also for adult it is not bad to cry since be this our inner feelings get release and our mind could be able to relax.

I think crying if we have to is beneficial. Have you noticed that you always feel better after crying? Crying makes us release the stress that we are in, in that particular time. I have read that according to the studies of a Dr. William Frey II, PhD, that there are two types of tears, the reflex tears and the emotional tears. The reflex tears is mainly composed of water while the emotional tears contains more protien and includes stress hormones. Dr. Frey and his team also studied the composition of emotional tears and found that tears release harmful chemicals that was built up by stress. Additionally, tears also enhance the release of endorphins that will help elevate the mood. endorphins are also known to be released during exercise. I hope this has been helpful and don't try to stop crying when you're really sad or stressed out because it does help out a lot.
