I want to loose weight fast!

hello everyone! its nice to be back. My husband is working overseas but is planning to come home by January. Well, i want to surprise him by loosing weight. Im not really that big but kinda chubby. Im not comfortable with my weight anymore even though my husband's alright with it. I started gaining weight this year. Now i want to get back in shape and wear all the clothes that i now keep. Any suggestions please? Thanks!

Take oats and papaya in your diet. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits before every meal. So you'll cut down the quantity of rice or whatever food you take.

Hi there and smile. If you planning to lose weight so fast then i will tell you its not healthy. You have to go slowly but enjoying every moment of it. Start it by doing a healthy lifestyle. Check your weight and measure your height, you have to attain a goal weight but not to make yourself look so skinny. Go for more fruits and vegetables and drink 7-8 glasses of water a day. Exercise and enjoy it. To make you feel motivated, you can post your sexy pictures in your wall. The picture that you have your desired weight. Everytime you get lazy to exercise go and look at that pic. Happy mylotting and smile always!

The way to lose weight permanently is to start eating 5-6 small meals (or 3 meals/2 snacks...) throughout the day. Cut out most of the sugar & fats. Exercise for at least 30 min, at least 4-5 days a week, including resistance training and cardiovascular exercise. Most importantly, spend a few minutes each day imagining/visualizing yourself exactly the way you would like to be. This will help to motivate you, from an unconscious level, toward your goal. If you want to be thinner, and all you think about is fat...you will be motivating yourself toward exactly what you DON'T want to be. So...EAT to fuel your body and give you energy, exercise to build lean muscle and burn fat, and use your imagination to motivate you to do all of the above. This works. Diets don't.

more exercise and less food, the most effective way. I have tried many times, but failed because i could help eating snacks, poor girl~~~

Hello sujuwonder this is checkmail and congrates on your lovely relationship bond between you two.Ok now weight loss without suffering any pain or illness will be an good idea.So start with morning and evening walks, try to drink as much water as you can but keeping in the mine the diet should not fall, it should be reduced very slowly that too till onlly 20%.After getting an habbit of walk try some joging and some aerobic excercies or yoga, meditations.Hey even swimming could benefit your weight alone.No need to skip meals and get ill.If not new to exercises than use it for extra tonning, will look more s..y.

Hi. :) I'm Keiti. I'm fighting with my weight for some years (4) and tried almost every type of diet. That's not the way, I can tell. I'm not sure how old are you, but there are some things you can do if you don't feel like training(because it's very important for being in shape). Please write me what you like to do for fun, and what you eat. I can tell you what I know is working. Hope I can be in any help, because I know how you feel. I lost 24 pounds and I hope more soon with patience. Good luck.

You could try some of those weight loss vitamins. They have green tea in them and they should speed up your metabolism some. I would not worrry about losing weight really quickly I would just try and concentrate on being healthy and losing the weight at a healthy pace. if you lose it too rapidly it probably wont sty off anyway.

Hmmm, that seems to be an exciting plan. I wish I could lose weight fast as well. They say that there is no really fast way to lose weight. You better try to tweak your eating habits. They say that you eat in small quantities often. It is better than just eating FULL 3 meals a day. It will make you more hungry. At least when you get into that habit , it will be easy for you to do it.

First of all cut your meals in half meaning that if you eat 2 slices of bread eat 1, you may feel hungry initially but after a while, your body adjusts so you eat less. Get more physically active you can walk or jog 30 mins everyday, swimming is also good too and in a months time, you will see the difference

Just make you don't eat anything that has too much (or at all) sugar or fat. Eat vegetables and fruit and drink lots of water. But the most important thing is to go out and exercise as much as your free time allows.

Don't take oil in food and take light break fast and lunch/Dinner and you can use honey with milk , This helps to reduce weight and make your body strong even after you are reducing your diet.

Losing weight is a difficult and long-lasting thing,fast way to lose weight should eat less food and 4-5 meal a day,and then do more exercise,daily half-hour campaign,i think this is enough.

It's so very easy to lost fat of our body I've experienced clearly. What I have done, I just go on playing always the games in the internet go with overnight. In overnight playing games in the internet it's need alternative.

I really hate to diet and end up eating more because I feel like I am depriving myself. I tend to exercise more so that I can still eat normally but lose weight too. I have used Jillian McNeals no more trouble zones, and her boost metabolism burn fat videos. They are really hard work but you get toned fast! I do them alternate days if I want to lose weight quickly. I am not overweight but can put on a few extra pounds now and again - these videos will really help you lose the extra weight.
