It feels very frustrating to worry about things alot.
Like work issues, issues with your friends, or all kinds of things.
How do you stop worrying?
Is it good to stop worrying?
Do you try to solve everything right away?
Is it about attitude, or is it realistic to worry, to be concerned about your own life and other people?

Worry Wart! Worry Wart!! Yes, we all worry. It is useless energy spent. Get a piece of paper. Write down your worries every night. Put the paper in a drawer and do not look at it for a year. After a year, read your paper. See, there was never anything to worry about. Don't all problems work their way out one way or another??? Stop worrying. Put that energy into action and problem solving.

Hi there friend!!
I think it is normal to worry sometimes but worrying a lot bout little things can be so alarming and it's not healthy anymore.
They say that one worries when she thinks a lot. I guess prayers would do a lot to make you feel better.
