I have a very hectic schedule as in the morning I wake up and I go to my Institute, where I am a teacher, and teach. After that I come home take a shower and have much lunch at about 2.30 pm, then I again get ready to go for teaching from 5 pm till 10 pm. When I return home I get started with my own studies as I am still in college doing my P.G degree. I sometimes get very tiered and I want to increase my stamina. Can you tell me any ways to increase my stamina? Is there any exercise, medicine, food that can help me?

Set up an exercise routine which consists of 30-40 minutes of cardio every 2nd day. That should give you a nice boost. Also, make sure you have light food such as rice, fruits, lowfat meat and other easily digestable, low-fat foods, and stay away from fatty food such as junk food, chips, fatty steaks etc. These just slow your metabolism down and make you tired. If that doesn't help, get some caffein pills from a nutrition store or pharmacy, or better seek advice from your physician before doing so

Hi, hello and welcome to mylot. I don't have any extra fat in my body and I will take it into consideration and try to do some exercise when I can find some time. I also eat rice as I am an Indian living in Kolkata and its our main food. Will caffein really work? does it not cause any damage to our health?

First of all, it's not abt losing fat here, but abt reducing fatigue and increasing stamina. Food contaning fat usually takes longer to be digested, which slows your system down and in consequence makes you tired. But if your diet already consists of rice and other light food then you're on the right track. Secondly how many hours of sleep do you get per day? Third, caffein supplementation would be a solution if everything else fails. However, I would not use it every day, maybe every third day, as it builds a tolerance over time.

I'm with you since latley ive been feeling more tired then usal. Ive been more tired at night time then I have before which sucks. But I think the best way to increase your energy is to get more exercise and get more protein in thats what people have been telling me at least.
