Driver without license

I haven't yet passed my driving test but hope I will do so very soon. However I am allowed to drive a car that is insured for me if I am with a someone that had held a full driving license for over three years. I feel sorry for your friend that had a car accident. I hope that he will be happy with what the insurance company sort out for him. Yes, it is sad that there are some drivers on the road that are not insured and some don't even have a full driving license. If the police catch such people they will be in trouble. In my home country they could get bad points on their license.

yes the insurance wont pay if there is an illegal driver, meaning the driver does not have a valid driver's license. insurances dont pay for illegal stuff. so the guy without the valid driver's license will have to pay for the damages himself and he should also go to jail. here in the philippines, there are loads of people who drive without a driver's license. its a crime you if you get caught you go to jail and pay a huge fine and if you are involved in an accident, the blame is on you even if your the one who got bumped just because you dont have a driver's license.

Personally in this day and age it is SCARY to think of everytime you are on the road anymore you could end up being hurt or in a Bad Car wreck or hit by a car and driver without a Valid license and proper insurance and it is quite scary indeed. Where I work I hear of people driving to work in Cars without licenses, insurance, etc. and think nothing of it until they are caught. I think personally there needs to be stiffer penalties for people when caught, and maybe ways that people who have cars in their homes, etc. could be checked out a little more before more people are killed, etc. out there as well.

This is terrible, how could he have insurance without a license. Its possible that the insurance he has is not genuine, i hope your friend gets compensated
