What do you get paid for here?

I'm not entirely sure if you get EXACTLY 1 cent per a discussion etc. All i know is that the more valuable your answer proves, or the more detailed your discussion is, the more in turn you get credited. There is no minimum length really, but posting something like. "Do you like cheese on toast?" (As a question) or "No." (As an answer) Aren't really valuable posts, hence you may receive nothing for them.
