Is singing something that a person is born with or something who does not know how to sing will be able to learn and be great through practice and studying? :)

Both talent and learning are important if one want to succeed through singing. But talent is really helpful to people who want to be a singer.
For some people, usually, singing lessons work. But for others, no matter how hard they try, they don't. If one want to make a difference, a natural born skill is really an important necessity. You see, Singing may be easier for some people because they just have a gift for singing. Others may have to work hard but what's worse, some of them can't become great singers even if they have made efforts.

I believe all people can sing. Some of the maybe born with it or some needs enhancement or honing of the talent.I do sing, and based on my experience I didn't discover that I could sing until I was 5. My mother was also a singer when she young, so what she did with me was to let me listen to a song everyday until such time that I was able to mimic every single lyrics, tone, and style the singer. Then one day I just stood up in middle of the living room and started to sing the song I listen to everyday.
However, though some people solicits professional help if they really want to learn or develop their skill in singing I guess each of us have the ability to sing, its just its up to a person if he/she would really want hone the talent or not, "if there's a will there's a way.
God bless!!!
