Do you wish to have few siblings?

Way back then I have a close friend who love staying with my family because she's only child. Sometimes she was left alone eating so most of the time she preferred to stay with us especially on weekends. She often play with us and wished to have siblings. Are you an only child? Do you wish to have many siblings?

yeah,I wish I had one or two.Being the only child in my family,I feel lonely sometimes.You can make friends with pople from other families,but,i think it's a very defferent things.

Yeah, there's higher tendency that most of the time you'll feel lonely being an only child. Even though you have plenty of friends, but still it's a different thing when you have your own brother and sister. Like when I was in high school even though we have misunderstanding with my sister and we didn't talked, but when I heard that somebody was doing evil or not good with my sister. I fight for her. Though we're not friends at home but outside we're good friends.

I have two sisters and one of them are twins with me.
In my opinion, Obviously I don't wish to have more siblings for 3 children is enough for a family. In a family with more than one kids, firstly the kids should learn to share with other children. When meeting a divergence of opinion, all of them should learn to be patient with others. For the long run, people who have some siblings can benefit a lot from such family. If one family has just on child, perhaps he/she has to learn to feel lonely.
Of course, too many children means too much expenses and parents should work hard to support such a big family.

I have two sisters sometimes I wish what if I'm an only child. My sisters and I always fighting on something. When you are an only child you feel lonely and sad because you don't have a playmate and you don't have a siblings to share your problems. It is good to have a siblings because there someone helping you.

Yeah, it could be an additional expense for family to have more children. Thus needs extra time to work hard and spend quality time each other. While being an only child could be a bit lonely since no one whom you can turn to, talk and play with. As when you get older and your parents are already gone, you have no one share all your troubles and pain. Well I think it's best to have a big family if a couple could able to support their children, financially, emotionally and spiritually.

ohh i can understand how exactly she might be feeling. I also don't have siblings. Its really very lonely. I always go to my cousins home or sometimes they come in but its only for 2 or 3 days. After they are gone i am again left alone.
I really find you all lucky to have siblings with whom you can fight and share.

Yeah, I could be very lucky to have very kind siblings.Though when I was kids we always fight with each other, especially with attention from our parents. But as we get older we understand and love with each other more. Well I'm sure you can have more friends and cousins whom can fill up all the things that missing with your life.

hi careguarden, i have a younger brother. we are in good relations, i do not want any more sisters or brothers. my parents are not rich, if i have more siblings, it would be a big burden to my parents, especially the fee on education. it is so high in china, there are some people here can not get enough education because they have no enough money.:)

Yeah, it could be very difficult for a parents to raise a big family. If they don't have enough income to provide their childrens' basic needs. And much more difficult if they can't cater their childrens need for emotional support.

I have 2. Sometimes, I wish I had more. Maybe, 2 more, have more sisters & brothers. Sometimes, I even wish I have a twin. But sometimes, I also wish I am the only child so mom & dad could spoil me. and I can get anything I want.

Well siblings are very important for any one. As without them, a single child may miss lots of good behaviours. He will get the behaviour to mingle equally with all, being friendly, to share and have a good mindset. I seen many single child are real stubborn.
