Getting People to Come to Your Blog.

Hi everybody. Well i'm thinking about starting a blog and it's going to be about PTC sites. I'm going to put basic information about PTCs and then the best ones with banners and that type of stuff. But my main concern is about actually getting people to get there. A made a blog once before and I mainly got traffic there by using a traffic exchange but the problem with that was noone was interested in the website, only with getting points as they want points for their website as well. How do I get lots of traffic to my blog such as showing up on the first page of google etc. Thank you, Happy Mylotting.
