Do You Half-Flush or Full-Flush?

Apparently if you half-flush after using the toilet it saves water as a full-flush uses much more and is unnecessary. Do you use a Full-Flush or a Half-Flush after using the toilet? Do you think two buttons is really necessary?

Most modern flushing systems are equipped with both half-gallon flushing and full-gallon flushing. They are neccesary to save water and use only what one needed. This is going to be obsolete soon with the coming of the waterless systems.

I'm in a environmental club at my college. We were talking about how the campus could get greener. One suggestion were waterless urinals. Whether the school will dish out the money for that is another question. But evidently they do exist.

If I were to have a modern toilet with two buttons I would use the half-flush. I don't really want to be wasting water that I don't need to use. Especially if I have to pay for it.
