you can try yahoo webhosting and domain registration. cheap and best, easy to make .com website. they provided you all the tools to make a good website.

As far as I know domains and hosting costs around 20-40 dollars in order to set up. however, if you want to know where I would go. I would go to hostgator which will sell you .com .ca .net and alot of other .---- names for about 5 dollars a year. and gives you hosting for unlimited domain names for another 20 dollars.

I'm sorry, your question got me thinking about wether or not you can get domains and hosting for free and my answer is that you can get a free domain name at www.co.cc Co.cc being the domain extension name that you will be useing. As for hosting there is no way to get a top rated host for free but you can host a blog or website using wordpress or blogger you just have to set it up so that it uses your domain name.

For creating a website you can buy a domain name from any of the providers. Generally the domain name cost for a .com domain name is around 9- 15 US $. The second thing regarding web hosting is that you need to have a host that could host your files on the server and make it available on the internet.It really depends upon you as to which provider to chose depending the no of visitors and the type of website you are hosting.
You can use Dreamweaver to design websites with the least amount of coding knowledge.

Godaddy is a good service provider. You can buy domain from them. But creating a website is a big thing. If you want to do it personally then you should have fair knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Scripting, PHP and mySQL. But there's always a chance that you can hire web developing professional.

.com domain name you cant get free anywhere. you will have to pay for that.
for free domain you can only get the sub domain.(domains which are already occupies and they can give you the sub domain. as yourname.50megs.com)you can go and get the free domain there. but this will not be the class one as .com.
other thing if you are a professional developer then no probs but if you are not and have a big requirement then you must approach a good professional to work for you.

if you still want a FREE website i recommend you freetzi.com
there you can get a free webhosting using a subdomain
ex:yourweb.freetzi.com
it offers you 1 GB of space and 5 GB daily traffic
if you want a domain i recommend you use a .net domain, these costs $10/year and if you need a good hosting use 000webhost.com they offers unlimited space and traffic for $4.84/month
