Am I bad manners to ban a man who like to make a online camera with me?

Today, when I logged in skype to chat with my friends, a strange man typed to me and added me, then he opened his camera, and request me to open my camera, and I saw his camera isn't good activity, so I refuse him, and I banned him right now, am I bad manners to ban this man who like to make a online camera with me?

I think he had the bad intention, because he sent me his priate parts vadio to me without my permit, so I banned him.

Just the right thing to do. I would totally ban someone like that. People should relearn how it is to make friends online. I usually do not engage in webcam chats unless I've chatted with the person a few times to know how he/she is like online. It gets a little bit more personal once you chat cam to cam, whatever type of activity it is you've got going on.
