It's my mom's birthday today so we are having a party but not too loud to pay respect since it's All Saints Day. Our beloved family members who have passed away are in the province so we didn't have time to visit them. We just lit candles in front of our homes to pay respect. Tomorrow, All Souls Day, we'll be lighting candles as well to pay respect for them.

I went to a Halloween party last night, but was not fun at all, some problems occurs between the hotel manager and the organizer, so all we got was a buffet instead of a fun night. There is not even a band, only the waiter and waitress with some scary masks. But the kids seemed had fun though, you know kids always can find something fun to play with their pal. The buffet was ok, but it's the worst halloween party ever, let's looking forward to the next one.

WE just stayed home and lighted candle outside the house then prayed the rosary. I too cooked food for our departed loved ones. Set the table pray and offered it to them. After a hile we ate the food. This is a practice in our province that i used to do every ocassion like this.

I spent 3 hours last night with the kids walking while they did there trick or treating. I have to say I thank God it only happens once a year. Because my feet were killing me after all of that walking. But we got enough candy to last them a month. Right around 20 pounds of candy.

It been ages since I've been to a cemetery, the last time I visited my father's grave was well over 6 years ago. What I did was just light up a candle in our doorstep as remembrance for all the departed souls. May they rest in peace. Cheers!

I went trick a treaty with my 3 year old granddaughter. She was dressed as Dorothy. She was adorable. She would ring the bell, then say trick a treat, then say My name is Dorothy. She would get candy then say Thank you! She was so cute and she did this continuous for at least 30 houses. I couldn't believe how she never messed up and was just so sweet.
