yes i did. but it was against my will har har har. well i guess some of us tried to get the keys of our parents car without them knowing and and BAM!! there goes the accident. we were young back then too and we think that we can do anything. teenagers!!! so i was at high school back then and i have friends (now no longer friends) who was telling me to get my dad's car keys so we can drive around. they keep bugging me for a week and u gave in. then another set on teens are in a different car and was asking for a race. without thinking we said yes then there it goes.... out of control hit the post light. as soon as i hit the post light all of my so called friends disappear from the car. guess i was with them with the fun and i was all alone with the blame. so whats your story?

hi there, i have no such experience of yours. i am a girl, i did not dare to do what you did when you were young. and i remember that i was so scared of my parents, i could not do anything wrong, or i would be pulished by my parents. but i remember that my younger brother also did not do that, for he knows it was dangerous, coz my parents keep telling us it is very dangerous.

Well, the asker could be a girl or boy. The gender does not affect the decision of stealing. In our teens, the influences are usually relative to peer pressure. :(

that is cool to hear. my father was always out of the house if ever he is around the house it is either he is with his friends or sleeping. maybe its a way of asking for attention. but i paid my price and of course it is bad. thanks a lot for the response

Stealing parents' car is very bad. It risks damaging the car and receiving all the punishment. It's too risky, and good thing I've never tried it. Have my own :)

yes its bad and i learn a lot from that experience. in our country you should be 17 to get a license and we are not a ell to do family for our parents to afford to buy us our won car. in this country also you can not work partime unless you are 18 years old. we have different cultures but hey... its really bad to steal parents car for it is not safe. thanks lot for the response

We have all been there. My friends and I have stolen our parents cars but so far no accidents. I remember a time we stole one of our parents car and went driving. We got pulled over by the police and heard the car was reported stolen. The funny thing was one of my friends sister called the police but she did not remember the licence plate num. Happy lotting.

I crashed my dads car and van back in college. Actually I was the one who usually gets bumped most of the times before except for one occasion. My dads car just got of the shop from a new paint job and I borrowed it to go out on a date with someone. It was actually my first date with that woman and I didn't know where she lived. So I was busy looking for her in front of her house. When I found her I was so distracted with her that when I pulled to stop and pick her up I bumped a car parked in front of her. My dad was furious after I got home from the date but i think it was worth it cause after a few months she became my girl. She was so amused from that incident that we kept on talking about that incident on our next date.
