What did you do when get an insomnia

When i can't feel asleep or maybe get insomnia i just , playing a phone game, and listening music from music player and many more. Insomnia always make me bored if that take at night. And how about you? What did you do if you get an insomnia? Listening music, reading, or maybe just lie. Thanks

reading sorta makes me sleep better for I get tired eyes hen. I have a hard time sleeping anyway ...
