Im considering applying for a job 25 miles away, so thats 50 miles a day, and will probably take 40 mins each way. Another way of thinking of it is that will probably cost me £1500 a year, and its 80 mins im not getting paid.
Whats the furthest you would drive in time and distance?

Hi rjl1989,
45 minutes would be tops for me, as it is I am half an hour away from work. I know people that travel a coupe of hours to work and I think that is crazy. I consider travelling to and from work part of my working day. So in effect I work 9 hours a day which is more than enough for me.
You could ask about travelling expenses, some employers allow for it
