I am a Filipino. And I am proud of it! Although we belong to the so-called "third world countries". It doesn't discounted the fact that we, too are efficient, competitive and worth of all the love and respect.
We do commit mistakes (just like everyone in this world) but we do good things for others. We are known to be helping, smiling and warm in welcoming others.
Are you proud of your nationality? Why so?

I think that I have some feelings of being proud of my nationality. It was chance that let me be born in what is my home country. I think that my nationality differ considerably. I used to live in the South East and now I live in the South West. I think people from the north are more friendly. I know that my home country has a rich history but I am not proud of many parts that. I am an experienced traveler and I hope to visit the Philippines one day. I have heard it has stunning looking islands, superb snorkeling, interesting sights and friendly people.
