how old were you when you were in your first love?

I have only been in three real/serious relationships in my life and while I thought I loved them I didn't realize until I met my husband what love really was. The way I felt towards him are way more than any past relationship. It is hard to explain how love makes you feel until you have experienced it yourself but once you have you know that you are in love. My husband gives me butterflies at every waking moment, even after 11 years together I still feel like I am meeting him for the first time. We have been through highs and low and it has made us stronger as a couple. I met my husband when I was just ready to turn 17 and I am now 28 we have been married for just over 6 years I love him more and more each day...if I had to do this love all over again I would jump into in a heartbeat.

I fell in love for the first time when I was 14, it was also my first heartbreak. We were actually classmates and we tend to do everything together. We goes home together, were partners in our biology class, and he's even willing to come and shop with me sometimes. We were actually best of friends. He fell in love with me first.Lol. Since then we were in a on and off relationship and before our graduation from high school we broke up for good. We still went to same university in college but he dropped out when he married one of his classmates. We have never seen each other for about 5 years now and as for the friendship, it was never restored. I still wish him well though.

My first real love happened for me when I had just turned 20 years old. It was actually love at first sight for me. I saw him across a crowded room and that was it for me. We were together and had two girls for 11 years. I left him after I found out he was cheating. Thirty plus years he is still calling me everyday.
