why do some people prefer working then going to business?

Going to a job pays the basic needs, you are going to receive the same amount in an annuity (means fixed times and fixed rates) this gives people the security that whatever happens, some money will come after a few days thus giving them the ability to budget. Though that's only in theory now-a-days because in any organization, job security is no longer guaranteed.
On the other hand, having a business is different because you don't really get an annuity. There's no fixed rate and there's no fixed time period where you will get your money. If the business booms, then you'd probably have a lot more than when you were merely an employee, on the other hand, when the business isn't doing good, you could even have lesser than that of an employee or even go bankrupt.
So there is always a risk in anything. But the good thing about this is the fact that a person can choose to do both, which is a great idea.
