I am not a winner of this field of business. I really want to win. I think to success in business all participants have to help and tust each other. I think most winners in this business participated any new program early. First come, first made money. They know that. I don't think they help and trust each other. Could we help and trust each other? If we can, we will win.

Believe and Team work is definitely the way to go my friend. Trust is the emotion of Network Marketing. People join people, not companies.
You have the idea right, now alls that you need is the tools.
PM, I have the tools for you, free of charge.
Cheers.

i think you right trusting is one way..but i think if you believe something it will be easier..
even if you're a so great in convincing people and you still dont believe in..still it doesnt work
i think the foundation should be training and effort

Well, I for one am a failure of this type of business. I just don't know, it seems that I cannot really convince people to join me. A good proof would be my referrals here in mylot, they all die without even starting! hahaha..
I think they just make it sound easy but once you're in, you'll see the real deal.

In mlm you need to have a proven duplicable system. Training from your upline, the best way to do it is follow up and follow through, take your client by the hand and show them the ropes until they understand it fully. Help them, until they help them selves, build people, people will build the business.
Oh, and do try to join a company where you can make more money based on product sales rather then recruiting new distributors.
Cheers.

Yeah, guess I'm just not for that type of a business. I am not patient with people and I don't want to jump from one company to the other and bringing in the same people with me. I just don't want my name to be tainted like that. Soon all your friends would no longer want to be with you. hehehe..
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

This is very true that network marketing is not an easy earning system neither a shortcut to wealth. This system asks for hard work and deep devotion. You need to have a speaking power to convince anyone but again most of them are fail in this business. I am one of them. I started an MLM but got failed as it was difficult for me to recruit people under me. But now i have started it again but with a difference concept...
There is one success mantra for MLM...
To be successful, you need to make others successful.
People who are making money don't quit and the more people you help make money, the more money you make
and now i am on my way to make money...

This is beautiful.
I love your mantra, reminds me of Zig Ziglar when he said "help enough other people get what they want, and you will get what you want"

There can be a lot of reasons why only 20% are successful in network marketing. First, the marketing plan of the company. Maybe the system of earning was structured so that only the early ones who joined will earn big. These companies may not have a flush out system or safety net. Another reason for failure, is the person himself. maybe you were not patient enough or you did not give enough effort to succeed. Lastly, your group. Maybe you were not guided properly by your uplines. Remember, some network companies have several ways to earn, not just recruiting. If you are not good in recruiting, trying selling... The good thing is that you have a choice.
My philosophy on this matter, if others were able to do it and succeed, why can't I? We both attended the same seminars/trainings, we sell the same products so whats the reason? Would you accept that?
