Oh that was so scary, the last time I had a nightmare was worst. I can't breath and someone is squeezing.Someone is embracing me tight and I can see his face. It was so scary that I really want to shout and wake up. I did wake up for a minute and when I wake up..I'm so anxious and it's like its really true.

It happens with me too.i felt that somebody is pressing me hard and i could not breathe.i found i was not able to shout too.
