I drink Buguerlai tea. I take it before I sleep and this tea can really help to flatten my belly. I also try slimming coffee and I think slimming coffee is much better than tea because coffee works much faster for me, but it still depend on your body what is much better for you to take. Slimming tea does not exist. The only slimmin that works, meaning: 1. you won't get the weight back 2. you won't have loose skin 3. you'll lose fat, not muscle is......taa..daa!! Diet and exercize.
