World of PTCs! Tips and Strategies?

Hi to all mylot members! I just wanted to ask you about the world of PTCs, 2 weeks ago I've started doing this, and I'm determined to earn from here, aside from mylot, now I've seen a lot who are earning about $30 and higher, now I don't know what will I do from my first cashout, do I need to do renting referrals? What does recycle means? Upgrading my account would be good? I just know that I need to click and that's all. I guess those who are successful in this field put a lot of patience, and hope I would be one of those successful ones. So those who are well experienced in this field, can you help me and other newbies about this? Tips and strategies that we can use? Thanks...
