Does anyone else love vampires as much as me. I love that show ANGEL. Does anyone else think that the blade trilogy was a classic! I didnt like twilight too much. I am older so I thought that it was set to attract teens and young adults. The ultimate movie trilogy is UNDERWORLD. I love that! I literally fein for another movie. There is nothing better than to watch a great vampire flick. Although I do like Harry Potter too. SO it must be monsters that I like. Vampires are my ultimate. Anyone else? dl

The best vampire movie that I have seen is Bram Stocker's Dracula. Interview with the vampire is the 2nd in my list. I didn't like the Queen of the Damned. But the book is one of my favorite in the Vampire Chronicle. I don't twilight that much. It seems that Bella has everything in the end. She has the speed, the strength, she has a defensive ability when she became a vampire. It's too much of a happy ending. I am watching the Vampire diaries. I prefer the book over the TV series. They have made a lot of alterations with the movie. Underworld is also a good trilogy.

Interview with a Vampire was good. I love the Underworld trilogy. I can honestly say I watch it everyday. When me and my husband get ready to go to sleep we put it on every night. The first two are my favorites. The third is good too. I just like the others better. I didnt like Twilight. I thought It was sort of a teenie bopper vampire flic. I got the kids into it but I couldnt follow it. I hear they're making Underworld part 4 and discussing a series for television. I hope so! We'll have to wait and see, dl

Oh my gosh! I havent thought about FRIGHT NIGHT in eons! I know that whole movie by heart, word for word. I liked the LOST BOYS all except for Corey Haim. Comic relief I guess. QUEEN OF THE DAMNED was good too. There was a vampire movie that Alyssa Milano was in. I cant for the life of me find out the name. I started to watch it and company came. I did like INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE. Vampire's intrigue me. Thanks for sharing the book titles. I cant wait to read them. Thanks friend. dl

OMG I love that movie! For me It goes past Dracula himself. It's the whole lifestyle and fear that intrigues me. It gets me thinking what if. My husband got me started. We used to watch blade and other vampire shows and he'd joke with me telling me vampires were real. I got to thinking what if? Anyways I love them. I didnt care for TWILIGHT. It was focused on teens and highschool. Its one of the few I wouldnt watch again. I love UNDERWORLD. When I first watched it I got it confused with one of the blade movies. When I realized the difference there was another UNDERWORLD movie, EVOLUTION. Again I loved it! Then THE RISE OF THE LYCANS. I am feining for more.... Im hooked! dl

I like supernaturally themed shows and movies in general...although I maintain that there have been more good vampire themed movies than shows. _
My favorite show atm is SUPERNATURAL (Lol, I know, aptly named, right?)...which is mostly monsters but recently has delved alot into the apocalypse and angels and demons in general.
Although True Blood is another show centered around vampires with other creatures too that I tend to watch without really knowing why.
In most cases, I like the books over the visual entertainment they've spawned, but occasionally there are exceptions...like Interview with a Vampire and Queen of the Damned.

l am a fan of all things darkside and undead. i have a slight zombie apocalypse obssession. i also do so love vampires and vampire lore. at present i am into the vampire diaries, angel, twilight, interview with a vampire, underworld trilogy, moonlight, blade trilogy and 30 days of night. i love all of them. i recently watched a halloween episode of the tyra show and they were featuring real life vampires, apparently there are all kinds vampires out there and they do not all drink blood, some of them are psi vampires, they feed on others energy. so do you like reading vampire books too, anne rice is a genius when it comes to those. i also read the necromancer books i can't remember who they are by at present but they were very good.

I love watching vampire movies as well. I have actually bought all seasons of Angel, and have all three Underworld's. My kid loves them as much as I. I watched Twilight and rather enjoyed it the first couple of times. So much so I went out and bought the books. I guess there is no way to go wrong with a little biting every now and then.=)

I feel like a teen so I will include Twilight in my favorite vampire movie. I love Underworld too. I watched it after learning that Kate Beckinsale is the lead actress. i forget the name. Angel was shown in television but I haven't seen any of the episodes. I like vampire story but I am not a total fun. It seems vampire are well accepted in society. I thought if they were true, how can we deal with them, when all we know is they can bite us and suck our blood. LOL.

I haven't watched Underworld yet, but I will watch it because your descriptions attract me. I am surprised that you didn't like Twilight too much. I like it because I really like the scenery in this movie. Besides, this movie is sweet. I think if I was younger 10 years, I would have many imaginations after watching this movie:)

I also like vampire movies and tv shows. My favorite vampire tv show of all time is Buffy. When the show ended, I watched reruns of the whole season 1 to 7. I also like Angel, the spin-off series from Buffy. Right now, I am watching True blood, another vampire show. As for movies, I did not like Twilight either. I thought it was too cheesy. I am gonna go see New Moon if it is any better than Twilight.

My favorites were Angel, buffy, vampire diaries, bloodties. OK ready for a real blast from the past DARK CASTLE they were supposed to say how Barnabus became a vampire but never showed it. I was not that thrilled with Blade. I have not seen twight or underworld so I have no oppinion on them.

ME.... I think vampire are awesome too. However i was was thinking if they were actually true, tangible in nature, how would the world be. Oh well enough with day dreaming, I agree that UNDERWORLD is quite superb and its the most worthy to be called ULTIMATE by you.
Twilight, by the way there is another sequel releasing and i don't know if it will be like the first one..... which is boring, is a movie that stinks. I don't know if it is meant to be that way....

Does not make much difference to me which monster is in the movie. Either way the monster gets beaten or killed. If there is good action or suspense in the movie then I would like it. If its just same old scare tactics then it does not impress me.

Hello. There is something interesting in watching creative stories on TV. Dark content puts us in 'what if' situations we otherwise are pressured not to explore. There is dark content happening in real life and I think movies help us explore our feelings about morals and desires.
Some films are too explicit and they seem on a whim instead of thought out. I prefer a horror film that also incorporates themes of positive thinking.
A mental disorder I have makes it hard to watch TV. I'm especially sensitive to horror!
