hi guys, i am working in an industry called call centers or bpo. i started from the lowest position which is an agent. i answer phone calls from inquiries, requests, orders, replacements, resolutions to complaints, selling and buying and all lot more. ive been exposed to financial to technical and also customer service. i moved up the ladder when i moved to another call center - this time as a quality assurance associate. after a few months again promoted as a quality supervisor. the company im working with during that time started US campaigns thus out of seniority, was moved to training. ive been a product trainer for a couple of years now and now i am wondering...where else to go? i cant be a manager for i am an undergraduate. what can you suggest?
