will you change your job in this situation

Now I am working in an IT company. I have a lot of leisure, because the company doesnt have projects to do, every day I have nothing to do except doing my own website. Should I change another job to make me more professional or just stay in this company to do my own business?

As you told that in your leisure times you are working on your website. So, i think, just now you dont change your job, rather utilize this time for making some more websites. You can make some more new sites which requires less monitoring and with almost no supervision. Site choosing can be on some selling (may be e books). Once those are hosted, then you may plan to leave. (hope it is not that bad an idea). Take care.

How about your future in your current career?.If you found the there is no future or you can't enhance your capability better looking another company.Ask your self what's your target or what you want to be in your company.
