hi , mylotters. do you think there is real equality between the sexes in present-day world ? in my opinions ,i don't think so . at least in china ~ although the condition is getting better and better now , but we could still see that man have more opportunities in the society ~

Of course you can't generalize in the whole world, for that matter you may end up with a small percentage.
In my country there are equal rights for man and woman, wheter is for job placement, voting, social participation, etc.
Not at a hundred percent, there are still some communities where the "man of the house" wears the pants ... that's very egocentric and shows low self steems in my opinion.

hi~Rtlsnk , it's great to see your reply here , wow , i like your country of the way to treat the man and woman in a equal right ! and i think that is the best way ~! but you know that china was used to be a feudal country , so it would takes a long time to get rid of those lod ideas ~! thank you ~ my friend~!

Hi Huangdang, to some area, yeah it's true that things between man and woman are still unfair. Like my hometown, women do almost all of the housework, though women take parts in the working outsides as well. I never see my mother complain...
As for job and other society opportunities, I myself feel it's alright...

hi~ sis . i'm happy you could reply my post ! the phenomenon you said had also happen to my hometown , like my grandpa and my grandma , my grandma have to do all the housework and have no right to dicide the affairs in the family ~ i think it's not fair .but we could see the situation is getting better and better now ~ good luck to you ~

Hi Huangdang, firstly I have to say thank you very much for saying something for our women.
The case in my hometown is better than the situation of your grandparent. Thought women take almost all of the housework, they do have the right to decide something, and husbands always consult with wifes In my hometown, women just getting used to doing all housework. It's a tradition there.
