I like honey as well, it adds a natural sweetness to lots of foods and drinks, such as cakes and pastries, and honey glazed chicken and honey water. Not only that it is soothing and has some health benefits as well.

I like honey in tea. It's good when you have a cold. They also make those honey cough drops. I am just saying cause I am getting a cold so it is on my mind.

I love honey especially manuka honey which comes from New Zealand and has anti-bacterial properties. It is very good for you but is quite expensive to buy.
