Unpaid child support

My Daughter is 7 yrs old now and has only recieved 2 yrs worth of child support. I have contacted so many gov. and fed. offices but nobody seems to care about the children being left behind because of this. Does anybody no somebody who will listen and help?

Maybe you need to move to an area where their child support enforcement is stricter. Is there anyway you can take him to court? Have his tax refund taken til he's caught up?

hi wolfj, I can not imagine you live in the US and not able to get anyhelp with this issue....normally the courts can wait to make the deadbeat parent pay...they will even revoke their drivers license... I think you should try again to call the local courts in your area and have them advise how and where you need to go to proceed with this issue.. I am also sure they will assist you..... I know this is an old post but the issue, I hope has been correcte.. Good luck to you and your daughter...
