tape worm in the brain

my daughter, 9 years old has been suffering from the tapeorm in her brain. since last three years is under regular treatment but not any significant improvement. we want to take her to bangkok because we have heard that Thai hospitals are good in treating such case. need advice. where? homuch time and money/ etc.
