I don't think I have one that I could live without. But to survive I would have to dandelion as they are readily available since it is a weed and it would sustain a person to help a person live. Every part of it is editable. But the food I would miss the most would be chocolate.

Yes, the Dandelion is a very beneficial weed. Could you imagine the weight people would lose if that is all they ate? lol. Thanks so much for your response and I hope you have a great day!

And I would hope that you will never ever have to live without it! Do you bake any of the breads yourself or are they all store bought? Thanks so much for your response and I hope you have a great day!

I would have to say salsa. Hot, Medium or mild; tomato based or fruit. I eat salsa on eggs at breakfast, and as part of lunches, dinners, and snacks. It is full of vitamins as well as flavor and anti-oxidents. I use it for salad dressing, or mix it with mayo for sandwich spread. It is good with chips and cheese. I like it fresh and homemade or commercially prepared.

US Food Administration - ration food
Wow! This has been the most detailed answer I have gotten yet...wonderful! You didn't tell me this though...Salsa reputedly became popular in the United States during World War II due to rationing which made ketchup hard to produce...lol. Thanks so much for your response and I hope you have a great day!
