Out Of The Body Experience

OMG three times???? I have experienced it ONCE and nobody believed me. They were positive that I was dreaming. It was back in 1992...I was so tired so I laid down in bed with the radio on. My aunt was making dinner. I guess I fell asleep but the funny thing is I could still hear the radio and my aunt cooking. Suddenly but slowly I felt my body started lifting up. I was like...what is this? So i turned my head to the right and I could see what was on my right side and I could tell that my body was really lifting up. I then kind of looked down over my right shoulder and this was what freaked me out --- I saw my right hand laying on the bed. OMG! I didn't even dare looked at my face and body down there I was just freaking out. What I did was forced myself to go back to my body. I could hear my aunt entering the room saying "hey, wake up dinner's ready!"...I went "wake me up...touch me!!!" but she obviously could not hear me. When I slowly and finally got myself back to my body I was really thankful until I felt that I was leaving my body again but this time sideways...I was going to the left. I then forced myself to speak...I think I just made a weird moaning sound...and that's when my aunt heard me. She was like "hey...you having some bad dream"?? I started crying and said "I asked you earlier to wake me up and touch me but you couldn't hear me" She said "no...you were sleeping so good...i didn't hear anything". I said I wasn't really sleeping...I could hear you coming in and out of the room and I could hear the radio. It was freaky and I sure would not want that to happen again. My OBE was not intentional. I know some people study and do it intentionally. I think it's dangerous. Oh and when it was happening to me I saw these images of me years ago talking to other people but there was no sound...just images. I also saw an image of a clown or pantomime on the wall. It was very weird but very vivid...I thought maybe I was dying? I don't know... What about you? How did your OBE go? Gosh...3x?

Well I've had my share of out of body experiences and I'm not quite sure on how many I've had so far. I'm just so taken a back and excited and overjoyed over the whole experience to be able to keep track. I've had out of body experiences by using techniques such as astral projection, lucid dreaming, meditation, and also trance work. Each way helps out a lot and the more desire you have to leave the body the higher the chance you will have. Good luck in the future.
