I just came across this website, well I'm not really sure about its payments but it does look legit.
Although the yahoo news link on its home page is dead, I'm not really sure about this.
You should give it a try: http://www.keep-it-on.com/
I had installed it about 12 last night and its 0.87 $ at 10:30 am
So reaching the payout will take about 107 days

Hi Kavis, I'm not sure but you need to be a verified user for Paypal to recieve payments from Gomez peer. I'm not sure about this site yet but I will do my research and if it had the majority of positive views then I might try them. I hope it is another site that is as secure as Gomez peer. If not then I'd just say Byebye.

Hey fiazio, I sure would like you to keep an update on this website. For Gomezpeer I have actually just started a week ago and I've gained about 4500 minutes online. I'm not active yet but do hope I am soon as I already installed it in about 7-8 computers.
Do you know how many computers you will need to actually make 45$ a month for Gomez peer and how much time do you need ?
Also for the website you mention, I sure hope it is the same as Gomezpeer as I do trust gomezpeer from the good reviews I heard. Let's hope there is another good site like that.

I'm not so sure that installing their software is such a good idea. They do not specify exactly what your "excess" bandwidth will be used for, and to me that's an automatic red flag. So is the fact that all of the "news" articles at the bottom are really just sites that have syndicated the press releases that Keep-it-on.com put out.
I guess it just boils down to a question of whether or not you're really comfortable letting your PC be used for unspecified activities by a company that may or may not be legitimate. I'm not comfortable with the thought at all--what if they decide to use my computer for illegal activities? I'd probably be held responsible, since I was accepting payment from them for the use of my bandwidth. It's just not worth it to me, no matter how much the site may pay.

How many minutes were you online for that total month. I've started just one week but made around 4500 minutes but I still think I'm far away from being an active member. Hopefully both you and I can achieve that soon. Best of luck.

Wow this is really cool. I'm curious as to how much this destroys your bandwith, or if it's hardly noticeable. I live with 5 other people so this could possibly be a bad thing for me to get involved with heh. Great post though! This could be really helpful for a lot of people.

About the bandwidth, I noticed a 2-3 kb/s drop in my average download speeds, also keeping in mind that I have Gomez peer running which does pay for the same.
I have recieved about 18 $ from gomez peer, here have a look at my page

You should install gomez peer, that I assure is legit.
